Tendresse

Thick, raised paint forms a pattern of rounded cells and ridges across this square canvas, in lilac, periwinkle and peach pink. Bright accents of coral, orange and yellow-green flash between the lighter forms, and a warm peach glow spreads from the upper center. The heavy, almost sculptural relief catches the light along every edge and gives the soft palette a tactile presence.
