La Manne

The upper half is a field of ultramarine and periwinkle blue streaked with gold, from which countless white and golden flecks seem to fall. Below, the ground turns to warm ochre, rust and brown, still dusted with pale specks. Fine, granular stippling unifies the two zones, so the shower of light appears to settle gently onto the earth.
